Man wanted for assaulting two workers at Bonita Springs Home Depot

BONITA SPRINGS, Fla. – Authorities are looking for help in tracking down a man who assaulted two Home Depot employee.

According to authorities, the man was seen entering the Home Depot on Bonita Beach Road on September 5th. He allegedly acted suspicious as he loaded a cart full of Dewalt tools. Then, aware he was being watched, the man would leave the cart and walk out of the store, only to return moments later.

Back inside the store, he would become involved in a verbal altercation with a male employee and threatened to beat him up. Shortly after, the man grabbed the employee from behind and struck him twice in the head.

A female employee attempted to intervene by getting in the middle of the two men, but the man would also strike her.

Several other customers would become involved and chase the man from the store, who was seen driving away in a blue Dodge Caravan.

The man was described as being six-feet tall with a slender build. He also had dread locks. Authorities believe he could have connections to Broward County.
